Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Accuracy of the Delivery Address
Please carefully check your delivery address before finalising your order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Missing Parcels
